The main problem with the design of drying machinery hardware and their control systems is that theses systems are complex. This complexity is further increased by the addition of non-uniform material for drying.
This system complexity means that time consuming and expensive empirical trials must be conducted to establish system parameters. Even then these parametrs are an average view and cannot be modified dyanamically.
Cemitec have developed models and processes that enable all parametrs to be established through modelling. This enables the loop to be closed between design of machinery, control of processes and dynamic changes to product control that result in optimal drying and managment of the end product. This is a world first and currently the subject of a patent application.
